Wednesday March 17th sunny and warm but at times quite a lot of cloud

With 10 people:

  1. We picked lettuce, roccolla, sweet potatoes, cherry tomatoes, beans, micro greens and sprouts.
  2. We cleared a bed in Le Jardin, then composted and mulched it using leaves that we raked up yesterday. The perfect sustainable process with everything coming from within Buddha Garden.
  3. We dug up three bucket loads of sweet potatoes.
  4. As the weather is getting hotter we decided to add extra coconut fibre to the nursery mixture to absorb more moisture that will be needed by the plants at this time.
