Wednesday February 3rd cool and sunny

With 11 people:

1. We picked lettuce, roccolla, cucumber, micro greens and sprouts.
2. We cleared a bed in Le Jardin
3. We tied up beans in Le Jardin because it looked like animals (probably squirrels) had bitten through quite a lot of the strings on the bed holding up the beans.
4. In the Pryog garden we cleared, composted and then planted about one third of a bed with lettuce seedlings.
5. We worked in the nursery putting soil in trays for micro greens and replanting lettuce seedlings.
