Tuesday January 23rd sunny and getting warmer

With 30 (!) people:

  1. We picked lettuce, roccolla and our daily micro-greens.
  2. We continued clearing the fence behind the volunteer cabins at the side of Le Jardin and the Seed garden. It has created so much more light for these gardens.
  3. We cleared composted and planted a bed with lettuce in the Pryog garden.
  4. We planted roccolla on a temporary bed in the cashew area.
