Tuesday April 19th hot and humid with more cloud than usual

With 11 people:

1. We picked 2kg of bassella spinach and just over 1kg of red chillie which we put out to dry in the sun.
2. We took bean seeds out of ripe pods and then we sorted them. This took a long time but we now have what looks like a lot of good bean seeds.
3. We wound up string – there is still quite a lot to finish.
4. Rajan worked on the new housekeeping store room where we are going to keep all the mattresses and other bedding. He knocked out two cement shelves so there will be room for the cupboard where we put all the sheets and pillow cases.
