Thursday January 14th very grey and later some quite persistent drizzly rain.

With 8 people:

1. We harvested a large amount of micro greens and sprouts.
2. We finished weeding the lettuce bed in Le Jardin that we started yesterday.
3. In the Pryog garden we planted a bed with lettuce and half a bed with roccolla seedlings. We also weeded another bed ready for planting more lettuces tomorrow.
