Thursday February 1st sunny and warm

With 17 people:

  1. We picked lettuce, roccolla, micro greens and our first harvest of jicama
  2. We continued weeding in the New Horizon vegetable garden.
  3. We took soil from the cashew area to the area behind Le Jardin where we are making beds on which we are going to plant pineapples.
  4. We made compost.
  5. We picked bassella and Jicama seeds.
