January 23, 2021Saturday January 23rd sunny and cool, very nice.With 10 people: We picked roccolla, micro greens and sprouts. We replanted lettuce seedlings on a bed in the Pryog garden. We cleared and composted two beds in the Cashew Orchard. We weeded two beds in New Horizon orchard.

March 4, 2020Wednesday March 11th sunny and warmWith 11 people: We picked roccolla, lettuce, sweet potato, jicama, papaya and micro greens. We cleared, composted and mulched two temporary beds in the New Horizon orchard. We are going to grow sweet potato cuttings and pumpkins on these beds because they don’t need much water.
