January 23, 2021Saturday January 23rd sunny and cool, very nice.With 10 people: We picked roccolla, micro greens and sprouts. We replanted lettuce seedlings on a bed in the Pryog garden. We cleared and composted two beds in the Cashew Orchard. We weeded two beds in New Horizon orchard.

We cleared, composted and mulched two temporary beds in the New Horizon orchard. We are going to grow sweet potato cuttings and pumpkins on these beds because they don’t need much water.
