Monday September 19th warm and sunny.

With 10 people:

  1. We picked drumstick, microgreens and sprouts.
  2. We cleared, composted and mulched a bed in Le Jardin that we are going to plant with pumpkin seedlings.
  3. We weeded a bean bed in the Pryog garden where the pigs had got to the beans so only half of them survived. We re-tied the beans and will plant pumpkins in the spaces if we have enough seedlings.
  4. We tried to water the liquid fertiliser from the yellow tank but the pipe system is blocked somewhere so we will have to try and rig up something with our hoses so we can put it on beds in the Pryog garden.
