Monday May 2nd very hot and sunny.

With 6 people:

  1. We only picked a few microgreens and roccolla as Foodlink was closed today for May bank holiday.
  2. We replanted a bed of bassella spinach in Le Jardin as many of the plants had died through lack of water in this hot weather.
  3. We picked cashews, split up the nuts and fruit and then put the nuts in the sun to start drying.
  4. We continued clearing up around where the new access is going to come in to Buddha Garden.
