Monday January 16th bright sun and cool

With 12 people:

  1. We harvested microgreens and sprouts.
  2. We planted five trees in the New Horizon orchard in the gaps left by trees that didn’t survive. We then cut all the grass in the area.
  3. The lettuces we planted in the Pryog garden on Saturday didn’t survive, probably because they were too small. We then transplanted some different larger seedlings.
  4. We replanted lettuce seedlings from a tray to small pots on a makeshift table by the community kitchen.
