Monday February 5th sunny and warm after a cool night

With 17 people:

  1. We picked roccolla, beans, papaya, micro greens and later banana. We picked a huge amount of lettuce because we had to pick two of the research beds at the same time to compare the harvest.
  2. We sieved soil for the nursery and micro greens.
  3. We replanted some pineapple tops which will eventually grow into pineapple plants.
  4. We made compost cutting glyricidea and grass to create enough green material.
