Friday February 3rd overcast and cool with a few drops of early morning rain

With 12 people:

1. We picked roccolla, beans, microgreens and sprouts.
2. We replanted lettuce seedlings onto a bed in Le Jardin
3. We nearly finished clearing up in the Prayog demonstration orchard. This involved finishing taking down all the grass and weeds, using most of it to mulch the trees with the rest going into the forest.
