Monday April 15th hot, sunny and humid

With 17 people (which included a family from France): We picked a huge number of papayas, ramphal, beans, bassella spinach, micro greens and sprouts. We cleared up a huge amount of leaves in the central area which we used for making compost. We continued making compost as we had the person power to cut glyricidea

Friday April 12th hot and sunny

With 10 people: We picked beans, bassella spinach, a huge amount of ramphal fruit, tomatoes, brinjal, micro greens and sprouts. We sieved soil for the nursery. We spent quite a long time making another compost heap which we hope to finish by the end of next week. We sorted out bean seeds.

Thursday April 11th sunny and hot

With 8 people: We picked papaya, beans, bassella, micro greens and sprouts. We weeded a bed in Le Jardin We raked up leaves which we used for mulch around lemon grass plants in the cashew area. We put soil out in trays in the nursery for micro greens.
