We worked in the nursery putting soil and seeds in trays for the extra micro greens that are needed. We worked on the micro green packaging preparing and labelling the bags. We cut grass in Le Jardin.
With 5 people: We picked bassella spinach, snake gourd, basil, a few cucumbers, ladies finger, lukki, micro greens and sprouts. We also chopped up some of the earlier harvested sugar cane and sent that to Foodlink. We worked in the nursery replanting basslla spinach and basil plants as well as filling up trays with soil
