Friday December 3rd sun and blue skies again so starting to dry up the mud and much more slowly, the flooding.

With 4 people:

  1. We picked ladies finger, papaya, microgreens and sprouts
  2. We continued sieving soil in the nursery.
  3. We cleared composted and planted three beds in the Seed Garden, two with roccolla and one with lettuce. We hope to do a lot of this next week provided that rain doesn’t come back.

 

  1. We harvested a lot of microgreens and some sprouts.
  2. As it is starting to dry up we were able to sieve a lot of soil for the nursery.
