With 7 people the work time was noticeably more active than usual after several days when we have struggled to get the necessary work done with only a few people working.
- We picked beans, bassella spinach, snake gourd, microgreens and sprouts.
- We pulled weeds in the Pryog garden which included clearing one of the beds and composting it ready for replanting.
- We worked on the compost heaps which are growing very slowly this year.
- We cut some new varieties of microgreens – mustard, sunflower and methi. We will decide which extra varieties to include with the radish we grow regularly during this coming year.
