Monday August 24th sunny and warm – a bit cooler with a breeze. Very pleasant.

With 6 people:

1. We picked bassella spinach, basil, lukki, snake gourd, papaya, cucumbers, micro greens and sprouts.
2. We worked in the nursery putting soil and seeds in trays for the extra micro greens that are needed.
3. We worked on the micro green packaging preparing and labelling the bags.
4. We cut grass in Le Jardin.
