Friday August 21st sunny and warm

With 5 people:

  1. We picked bassella spinach, snake gourd, basil, a few cucumbers, ladies finger, lukki, micro greens and sprouts. We also chopped up some of the earlier harvested sugar cane and sent that to Foodlink.
  2. We worked in the nursery replanting basslla spinach and basil plants as well as filling up trays with soil for the micro greens.
  3. We collected ripe snake gourd, which goes a beautiful red colour and put in the sun to dry so we can collect the seed.
