With 8 people: We picked microgreens and sprouts. We weeded two beds in the Seed Garden. We cut most of the grass in the Seed Garden. We started working on the Banana/Papaya patch in Le Jardin which is choked with grass and is going to be hard work to clear.
Monday October 10th very wet this morning after heavy shower last night, but finished raining by worktime so able to teach the students who came. With 8 people and 31 students we: Picked ladies finger and microgreens. We weeded a bed in the Souryan Garden and then planted the back area with brinjal seedlings. We
With 6 people: We picked beautiful ladies finger, microgreens and sprouts. It was too wet to do anything in the garden so we focused on getting packaging ready for the microgreens.
