With 3 people: We harvested roccolla, micro greens and sprouts. We worked in the nursery putting out soil for micro greens and transplanting yet more lettuce seedlings. We cleared a bed in the cashew orchard of radish plants and then gave the leaves and a few radish to someone making kimchi.
With 3 people: We harvested micro greens and sprouts. We worked in the nursery putting out soil for micro greens and transplanting yet more lettuce seedlings. We cleaned up and cleared around one of volunteer cabins for two volunteers expected today.
With 4 people: We picked roccolla, micro greens and sprouts. We did a lot of work in the nursery sieving soil and planting out roccolla and lettuce seedlings. We replanted and retied up tomato plants on the recently planted beds in the Seed Garden.
