  1. We picked basil and micro greens
  2. We spent most of the time clearing up around the cottage. We used a lot of the material to make piles of different sorts of organic matter to demonstrate the process of decay.  This will be part of our ‘Garden of Unseen Helpers’ demonstrating the work of insects and micro organisms in food growing.
