With 25 people:
- We picked roccolla and baby radish leaves, the latter being a new product.
- We planted out basil, roccolla and radish seeds on four temporary beds in the cashew area.
- We tied up beans in the Souryan garden.
- We weeded roccolla beds in the Pryog garden.
- We sieved soil and made nursery mixture.
- Every day we are cutting micro-greens, putting in small bags and sending to Foodlink.
