Wednesday January 3rd sunny and cool

With 25 people:

  1. We picked roccolla and baby radish leaves, the latter being a new product.
  2. We planted out basil, roccolla and radish seeds on four temporary beds in the cashew area.
  3. We tied up beans in the Souryan garden.
  4. We weeded roccolla beds in the Pryog garden.
  5. We sieved soil and made nursery mixture.
  6. Every day we are cutting micro-greens, putting in small bags and sending to Foodlink.
