Wednesday December 30th overcast and cool again after a few minutes of rain yesterday.

With 7 people:

  1. We picked chicken spinach, the last of the palak spinach, a lot of micro greens and sprouts.
  2. We started clearing a bed in the Suryan garden.
  3. We prepared more areas on a tomato bed in the Souryan garden to grow radish micro greens. We started doing this on the bed a few days ago and it is very successful.
  4. We continued replanting lettuces in the Pryog garden.
  5. We planted tomatoes on temporary beds in the New Horizon orchard.
  6. We cut grass in the Pryog garden.
