Tuesday January 18th cloudy at first and then sunny

With 6 people:

1. We picked roccolla, microgreens and sprouts.
2. We did a lot of work in the nursery sieving soil and filling trays.
3. We cleared and composted two beds in the Seed garden which we planted with lettuce seedlings.
4. We sorted out packaging for microgreens and sprouts.
