Tuesday February 19th warm and humid

With 19 people:

  1. We picked a lot of lettuce and roccolla with micro greens and sprouts.
  2. In the New Horizon orchard we created another vegetable bed and did some more work on the very large compost heap we are making in that area.
  3. We continued cleaning around the cashews in the New Horizon cashew orchard.
  4. We weeded beds in the Souryan, Le Jardin and Pryog gardens.
  5. We strung up beans in the Pryog garden.
  6. We continued picking and processing rosella.
