  1. We did a huge amount of picking – lettuce, roccolla, brinjal (including the new brinjal bed which has just started producing) beans, chillie and amaranth spinach.
  2. We weeded roccolla and lettuce beds in Le Jardin and the seed garden.
  3. We cleared and composted a bed in the Pryog garden that we then planted with lettuce.
  4. We started clearing and mulching trees in the Vaiyu bhoomi orchard.
  5. We cleared and composted beds in the seed garden that we planted with lettuce.
