Tuesday December 12th our first really misty morning of the cool season followed by sun

With 15 people:

  1. We picked a little bassella spinach which was probably the last of the season but you never know as some of the remaining plants we have may go on growing.
  2. We weeded beds in the Souryan garden.
  3. We took the soil off the top of one of the beds in the Souryan garden and then composted the bed. This removal of soil needs to be done occasionally as over time the soil in the raised beds fills up and gets too high.  We use the soil in the nursery and for putting around fruit trees.
  4. We cleared a bed in the seed garden.
