Thursday February 23rd sunny and warmer

With 23 people:

1. We picked red and green lettuce which looked really beautiful together.
2. We did a marathon weeding session in the Souryan garden and the wild garden in the cashew orchard. Although now we have weeded the wild garden it looks much less wild.
3. Rajan, with the help of two volunteers dug up a very deep irrigation pipe that was leaking. Once dig up it was clear that it was the join at the bottom of the tap that was the problem so it was replaced.
4. We did a bit of extra watering on the just planted lettuce and roccolla seedlings as they are finding the increasing temperature difficult to deal with.
