With 5 people: We picked a few snake gourd, bassella spinach, basil, micro greens and sprouts. We weeded all the beds in the Seed Garden. We worked in the nursery putting soil into pots and trays and planting micro greens, pumpkin, lukki and bean seeds. We mulched a bed in the Souryan garden.
With 5 people: We picked bassella spinach, a lot of micro greens and sprouts. We picked up stones from some of the beds in the Souryan garden – they are coming via our compost so we are going to have to modify how we make our compost in future. We cleared and composted a bed
With 6 people: We picked bassella spinach, a few lukki, basil, a lot of micro greens and sprouts. We weeded a bed in the Souryan garden that we then mulched.
