Saturday November 6th still very damp but sun so gradually drying out.

With 6 people: We picked bassella spinach, microgreens and sprouts. We weeded all the beds in the Seed Garden. With help of Giri we prepared a huge amount of packaging for sprouts and microgreens.  

Friday November 5th Sun and drying out but still damp and muddy underfoot. With 3 people: We picked bassella spinach, beans, brinjal, ladies finger, microgreens and sprouts. The community kitchen is now mosquito proof!  

Wednesday November 3rd Flooded worse than ever all over the farm after another night of rain. It was raining when we started work but stopped later.

With 3 people: We picked bassella spinach, a lot of microgreens and sprouts. We did a lot of work in the nursery putting soil out in trays and then putting out the seed.
