Monday July 8th sunny and very humid

With 8 people:

  1. We picked papaya, basil, micro greens and sprouts.
  2. We cut the seed off the basil. This stops the leaves growing small.
  3. We started clearing up for a display garden in front of the cottage. We are calling it the ‘garden of unseen helpers’ and it will be all about insects and micro-organisms.  I am very happy that we have been able to start so quickly.  I didn’t think we would have time to do anything on it until September.
