Monday February 8th on a warm and sunny morning

With 25 people we:

  1. Picked roccolla, lettuce, basil and brinjal.
  2. Cleared and composted a bed in Le Jardin which we then planted with bassella spinach plants.
  3. Started to clear another bed in Le Jardin which we will use for planting lettuce.
  4. Did a lot of work in the nursery mostly planting out lettuce seedlings, but also some bassella spinach.
