Monday February 18th sunny and warmer

With 26 people:

  1. We picked lettuce, roccolla, coriander, papaya, tomatoes, pumpkin, micro greens and sprouts.
  2. We weeded beds in the Souryan, Le Jardin and New Horizon gardens.
  3. We prepared one bed in the Souryan garden and one in Le Jardin ready for planting. The last of the lettuces will be going in very soon.
  4. We started making a new vegetable bed in the New Horizon orchard.
  5. We continued to pick and process rosella.
