Monday February 17th cool and sunny

With 9 people:

  1. We picked roccolla, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, papaya and micro greens.
  2. We did a lot of work in the nursery replanting the last of the lettuce seedlings and replanting basel seedlings.
  3. We put some extra water on our lettuces to cool them down. Now the temperature is above 30C for part of the day the lettuces are growing much more slowly.
