Monday February 10th sunny and feeling warmer

With 15 people:

  1. We picked roccolla, lettuce, papaya, tomatoes (again they all went to the kitchen), radish (to the kitchen), lettuce, hicama, a few (the first) sweet potatoes), sprouts and micro greens.
  2. We planted out lettuce seedlings in the Pryog garden
  3. We did a lot of work in the nursery moving soil around and replanting lettuce seedlings.
  4. We did some weeding in Le Jardin.
  5. We did some work on tomato seeds, taking out the seeds from ripe fruit and leaving them to soak overnight. We will start drying them tomorrow.
