Friday March 2nd another warm and sunny day

With 20 people:

  1. We picked roccolla, lettuce, sweet potatoes, beans and micro greens.
  2. We cut down the roccolla on a bed in Le Jardin so that it will re-grow and we can go on picking it for a few more weeks.
  3. We gave extra water to tomatoes growing on temporary beds in the cashew area and the maize that we planted yesterday just to help the small plants through the hot days.
  4. We made compost and at last finished the heap we have been working on for the last two weeks.  We need to get as many heaps as possible done before it gets really hot.
