With 8 people
- We began the day by harvesting some vegetables. We picked, sorted and packed 3 kilos of basil from the Souryan garden. A few of us then went out to pick 2.5 kgs of bassella, 1 kilo of ladies finger, 9 kilos of lukki, some snake gourd and some long beans all from the Pryog and Le Jardin gardens. We also harvested some pumpkins from the Cashew orchard.
- We spent the rest of the morning clearing and preparing a bed in Souryan garden. This included checking the drip irrigation systems to make sure they were working properly.
