Friday January 18th sunny and cool

With 15 people:

  1. We picked lettuce, roccolla, jicama, papaya, a few brinjal, micro greens and sprouts.
  2. We continued preparing the beds in Le Jardin between the papaya and banana trees.
  3. After we had cut the lettuce in two beds in the Pryog garden we cleared and composted the beds and then planted them with the second crop of lettuce.
  4. We sieved soil for the nursery.
