With 22 people:

  1. We picked roccolla, lettuce, papaya, coriander, micro greens and sprouts. The new product, which we have now decided to call bean shoots, is a big disaster because they don’t keep in the fridge (I think our fridge is too cold) and start to look brown very quickly.  We have to work on it.
  2. We picked and cleaned rosella.
  3. We filled up trays with soil in the nursery.
  4. We weeded and mulched a bed in Le Jardin
  5. We mulched a bed in New Horizon vegetable garden.
  6. We continued making a very long vegetable bed in the second orchard of New Horizon.
  7. We continued cleaning around the cashews and have now, for almost the first time, got to the cashew orchard right at the end of the New Horizon land.
