Friday April 9th warm and sunny but also rather overcast at times.

With 12 people:

  1. We picked papaya, beans, the last of the tomatoes, ramphal, bassella spinach a lot of micro greens and sprouts.
  2. We planted bassella spinach on two beds in the New Horizon fruit orchard.
  3. We processed some bean seeds and also cut the last of the lettuce seeds although whether they will be any good is debatable. Up to now it has been impossible to find lettuce seeds that are ripe as they have been either unripe or nothing left of the seeds.  There seemed to be a few ripe seeds on the plants this morning which is why we decided to cut them.
  4. We sorted out the old cashew which we will get processed before the new harvest comes in the next month or so.
