Monday September 10th overcast and Partly sunny

1. We picked basil, bassella spinach, micro greens, beans, kumquat and snake gourd.
2. We tied up more beans in the Pryog garden.
3. We cleared a bassella spinach bed in Le Jardin which we then transplanted with brinjal(aubergine) seedlings.
Tuesday September 11th overcast some sun very warm

2. We cut grass in the Pryog garden.
3. We planted cluster beans in the Pryog garden.
4. We cleared up a bed in the Souryan garden.
Wednesday September 12th overcast and a bit cooler

1.We picked long beans, basil and micro greens.
2. We did the grass cutting and general clearing in Souryan garden.
3. We weeded basil in the New Horizon vegetable garden.
Thursday September 13th overcast sun very warm

1. We picked micro greens as it was Ganesh puja and a day off for most people.
Friday September 14th overcast and some sun

1. We picked basil and micro greens.
2. We weeded all the beds in the Seed garden.
3. We weeded basil beds in the New Horizon vegetable garden.
Monday September 17th overcast and a bit cooler after yesterday’s rain
With 5 people
1. We picked basil, micro greens, basella spinach, beans and snake gourd.
2. We clearing long beans bed in Souryan garden.
3. We weeded two beds in the Pryog garden.
Tuesday September 18th overcast and a bit cooler

1. We picked basil and micro greens.
2. We transplanted chilli in the Souryan garden.
3. We transplanted brinjal in Pryog garden.
Wednesday September 19th good rain
With 7 people
1. We picked basil, micro greens, and beans.
2. We weeded bassella spinach beds in Le Jardin and Souryan gardens.
Thursday September 20th overcast and a bit cooler

1. We picked micro greens.
2. We cleared a bed in the cashew orchard.
3. In the Pryog garden we weeded a pineapple bed weeding and sowed ladies finger seeds direct onto one of the beds. After the rain the soil is wet enough to sow some seeds direct onto the bed.
Friday September 21st overcast and a bit cooler
With 8 people
1. We picked micro greens, and beans.
2. We weeded a bed in the Pryog garden.
3. We sowed beetroot , radish and coriander seeds direct onto beds in the Seed Garden.
4. We planted the first roccolla seedlings of the new season onto a bed in the Seed Garden.
5. We made some compost.
Monday September 24th cloudy after yesterday’s rain
With 8 people
1. We picked basil, bassella spinach, chicken spinach, micro greens, and beans.
2. We cleared out the chicken yard and house and used the material for compost.
3. We weeded and mulched a brinjal bed in Le Jardin.
4. We weeded a maize bed in the Souryan garden.
Tuesday September 25th overcast and clouds after yet more rain
With 9 people
1. We picked basil, bassella spinach, micro greens and beans.
2. We weeded maize in the Souryan garden.
3. Cleared a basil bed in the Pryog garden.
4. We made compost.
Wednesday September 26th overcast but sunny
With 8 people
1. We picked basella, long beans, lemongrass and micro greens
2. We planted two beds in the Pryog garden, one with bassella spinach and chilli, and the other with chilli and brinjal.
3. We weeded and mulched a bed of bassella spinach and a bed of brinjal in the Pryog garden.
4. We weeded a maize bed in the Souryan garden.
Thursday September 27th overcast
With 11 people
1. We picked bassella spinach and micro greens.
2. We sowed seed long bean seeds on a be in the Pryog garden.
3. We weeded and mulched a maize bed in the Souryan garden.
4. We cleared a bed of sunflowers in the Seed Garden and will use the seed for our micro greens.
5. We did some general clearing around the accommodation.
Friday September 28th overcast
With 3 people
1. We picked long beans, bassella spinach and micro greens
2. We re transplanted ladies finger and mulched them on a bed in the Pryog garden.
Saturday September 29th overcast with rain
1. We picked bassella spinach and micro greens
2. Twenty five students from a school in Kolkata student came to help. They weeded a basil bed in the Souryan garden and weeded and mulched fruit trees in New Horizon.
