With 7 and a class of students we: Picked cucumbers, lukki, bassella spinach, ladies finger, beans (a lot) and micro greens. We hosted a group of 30 students from a school in Kolkatta. They helped us; plant a bed in the Pryog garden with basil, weed a bassella spinach bed in the Souryan garden, and
With 14 people. 1) We harvested Basil, Bassella spinach, Long beans, Pumpkin, Lukki, Sprouts and micro greens. 2) We raked up the grass we cut yesterday in the Seed and Souriyan gardens. 3)We weeded and made bunds for the Papaya trees in Le Jardin garden. 4) We prepared packing materials for Microgreens and Sprouts.
