With 6 people: We picked microgreens. We transplanted roccolla seedlings in the nursery. We worked on one of the compost heaps. We cleared and composted two beds in the Seed garden ready to plant with roccolla.

Wednesday August 25th sunny and warm
With 5 (five!) people: We picked bassella spinach, beans, our first roccolla from the nursery, microgreens and sprouts. We finished stringing up the bean plants that we started yesterday in the Souryan garden. We did a lot of work in the nursery putting soil in trays and pots and then planting microgreen, bassella and soryaki
Tuesday August 24th sunny and quite hot at times
With 4 people: We picked papaya, microgreens and sprouts. We started stringing up bean plants in the Souryan garden. We started winding up string into balls as there is going to be quite a bit of tying plants up in the future.
