Thursday February 14th sunny and warm

With 23 people: We picked roccolla, lettuce, papaya, micro greens and sprouts including five packers of our new product – long bean sprouts. We filled up pots with soil in the nursery We continued cleaning around the cashews. Now that we have sufficient leaves we started making a compost heap.

Wednesday February 13th sunny and warm

With 22 people: We picked lettuce, roccolla, papaya, tomatoes, micro greens and sprouts. We cleared, composted and planted a bed with beans in the Seed Garden. We planted a bed with beans in the Pryog garden. We continued clearing the cashew orchard. We put in irrigation pipes on the new research beds in Le Jardin.
