With 19 people: We picked a lot of lettuce and roccolla with micro greens and sprouts. In the New Horizon orchard we created another vegetable bed and did some more work on the very large compost heap we are making in that area. We continued cleaning around the cashews in the New Horizon cashew orchard.
With 26 people: We picked lettuce, roccolla, coriander, papaya, tomatoes, pumpkin, micro greens and sprouts. We weeded beds in the Souryan, Le Jardin and New Horizon gardens. We prepared one bed in the Souryan garden and one in Le Jardin ready for planting. The last of the lettuces will be going in very soon. We
With 20 people: We picked lettuce, roccolla, micro greens and sprouts. We put soil out in trays for the nursery. We cleared composted, mulched and planted out lettuces in the Seed Garden and Le Jardin and planted beans in the Pryog garden.
