Monday January 7th cool and sunny

With 10 people: We picked ladies finger, brinjal, chillie, chicken spinach, roccolla, pumpkin, papaya, our first big harvest of lettuce, micro greens and sprouts. We composted and planted a bed in the Souryan garden with lettuce seedlings. We gave some extra water to recently planted lettuce seedlings in the Souryan garden.

Saturday January 5th sunny and cool

With 14 people: We picked ladies finger, brinjal, papaya, pumpkins, roccolla, micro greens and sprouts. We weeded another bed in the Souryan garden. We watered lettuce seedlings in the Seed Garden that we planted yesterday. A little bit of extra water after transplantation helps more of them to get established and grow.
